If you need to make a duplicate of a workout, start by clicking on “Workouts”. From there, find the workout you want to duplicate, and click on the green circle icon with the 2 squares in it.
After you click this, you will be asked again if you want to copy this workout. Click “yes” and it will take you to Step 1 of the workout creation process, with the workout already created. The title will say “Copy of _______” .
You can edit it from here. If you don’t need to make any edits, simply leave everything the same, go through Step 2, Step 3, and then either “insert” or “save” the workout in Step 4.
